Job Description
Senior Product Owner to support the ITS Claims team , focused on inter-plan and inter-state claims processing. This role requires strong healthcare payer experience, specifically within Blue Cross Blue Shield claims environments .
The Product Owner will act as the bridge between business, IT, and delivery teams, owning work from intake through delivery, including backlog management, defect tracking, and stakeholder communication.
