We are looking for WINNERS with experience at serving or hosting to join our team! You’ll be the face of our Club and be responsible for our members’ experience. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, ensuring the cleanliness of the restaurant, presenting menus, and serving food and beverages. If you enjoy people and understand the meaning of elevated service , we want to meet you! Bring your SMILE and a willingness to make everyone's day the best it can be through exceptional service! 

Responsibilities:

• Having an understanding for proper cleanliness, sanitation and safety.
• Greet members with a smile and make them feel that they are Special.
• Present menus and help members to select food/beverages
• Take and serve orders.
• Answer questions or make recommendations.
• Collaborate with other servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
• Issue checks and accept payment.

Skills:

• 2 Years Service experience helpful.
• Hands-on experience with customer satisfaction.
• Attention to detail.
• Patience and customer-oriented approach.
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
• Responsible and trustworthy.
• High school diploma is required.
• Indiana Liquor license is required or application in progress.

Job Types: Part-time.

In addition, they have access to secure private meeting rooms with the assistance of a personalized party planner.We are proud to offer our members a championship level, 18-hole golf course including a full swing green grass driving range, practice chipping & pitching area, a practice putting green and a fully equipped Golf Shop with the latest in merchandise and equipment. Our illustrious golf course was designed by the world-renowned Arthur Hills.The Club sponsors many social functions throughout the year including Romantic Valentine's Dinner, Ladies Luncheon & Fashion Show, Easter & Mother's Day Brunches, Independence Day Celebration, Music Under the Stars, Family Fall Festival, Father/Daughter Dance, Santa Brunch, Candlelight Dinners, and New Year's Celebrations just to name a few.
