Job Description

Salary: $100,000 - 125,000 per year Requirements:

  • Over 10 years of experience in project management or technical analysis
  • Demonstrated capability to manage projects and meet business deadlines
  • Exceptional analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Access or similar database interfaces
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced computer proficiency
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from various business units (e.g., sales, marketing, operations, accounting) to gather and comprehend organizational needs and goals
  • Create and distribute requirements and documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Work in tandem with technical teams to evaluate business requirements and design efficient solutions
  • Oversee both internal and external resources to achieve project objectives within budget and time constraints
  • Develop comprehensive quality-assurance test plans and conduct alpha testing for technical products; manage beta testing with stakeholder groups
  • Generate and sustain user and technical documentation for training sessions and post-implementation processes
  • Advocate for change management and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Lead analysis and troubleshooting efforts for supported business applications and operations
  • Plan and govern the implementation and follow-up activities of technical products and solutions
