Chief Medical Officer (CMO)
Canton, OH

We’re hiring a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) who wants to lead a mission-driven nonprofit while maintaining a healthy clinical balance.

You’ll step into a leadership role focused on strategic clinical oversight, residency program management, and outpatient care.

You’ll practice in Canton, home of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, offering Northeast Ohio charm and a community-focused culture.

You are Board Certified in FM, IM, or OBGYN with a clear Ohio license.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $210,000 - $230,000
Student loan repayment up to $75,000
401(k) with 3% match
$5,000 CME allowance plus 5 days
10 days PTO, 5 sick days, 3 personal days, and 9 holidays
Life insurance (1.5x salary), Short-term and Long-term disability
