**Commission-Based Sales Representative – LinkedIn Outreach & Cold Calling (USA Drafting Projects)**
We are looking for an experienced Sales Representative who can generate leads and bring drafting/construction-related projects from the USA market.
Our services include:
* CAD Drafting
* Shop Drawings
* Architectural Drawings
* Structural Drawings
* BIM Modeling
* Construction Documentation
* Estimation / Quantity Takeoff
Responsibilities:
* Find potential clients in the USA (contractors, architects, engineers, builders, developers)
* Perform LinkedIn outreach and connection campaigns
* Cold calling to decision-makers
* Follow-up through email and messaging
* Book qualified appointments
* Generate real project opportunities
Requirements:
* Experience in B2B sales
* Strong LinkedIn lead generation skills
* Experience with cold calling in the USA market
* Good English communication
* Understanding of construction/drafting industry is a big plus
* Ability to work independently and deliver results
Compensation:
This is a commission-only role. Compensation will be based on successful project closures and qualified sales performance.
