Cybersecurity Associate Attorney
Responsibilities:
- Advise client son privacy, cybersecurity, and data protection laws
- Draft, review, and negotiate privacy and data-related agreements
- Provide privacy and data security support in venture capital financings, M&As, and other transactions
Qualifications:
- JD class 2022-2025
- Prior law firm experience required, ideally in privacy, technology transactions, or corporate practice groups
- Demonstrated interest in startups and emerging technology
