Oracle Exadata, DB security, Data Guard and / or DB Vault, Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control, label security, and data migration , Oracle, Database, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL (General), JavaScript, BASH, Linux, Perl, Python, Java, ETL, Cassandra, Agile

Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.

Required:

• Must be a US Citizen
• _ Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph _
• Bachelor's Degree in technical discipline. Four (04) years of additional DB experience can be used in lieu of degree
• At least ten (10) years of experience as an Oracle Database Administrator.
• Experience administering to, and engineering solutions with Postress, and MySQL & Oracle’s database (10 – current). 
• Extensive experience with database design, as well as the collection and interpretation of customer requirements relevant to database migration, troubleshooting, performance observation and tuning.
• Experience with the production and deployment of RAC, RMAN backup & recovery - desired
• Experience with Oracle Exadata, DB security, Data Guard and / or DB Vault, Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control, label security, and data migration – desired
• Designs and implements individual components of the Oracle products based on area of expertise.
• Analyzes detailed requirements and develops detailed design for a specific Oracle product or technology.
• Provide implementation services for a specific product to include extensions and additional configurations necessary to implement customer unique business processes and workflows.
• Perform routine health checks and optimizations of system performance, availability, access controls and security.
• Perform system optimization, performance tuning and assist in capacity planning.
• Perform proactive analysis of potential issues, risks and roadblocks during system implementation and operations.
