Dean's Professional Services is now hiring qualified, Dermatology Medical Receptionist in the Sugarland, TX area.

The Dermatology Medical Receptionist is responsible for providing patient support and communication and facilitating an exceptional patient experience. Welcoming and preparing the patient for their appointment, informing patients of relevant and required information for their visit and provides clear communication around the services they are scheduled to receive.

Job Details:

* Job Title: Dermatology Medical Receptionist
* Location: 1415 Hwy 6 Ste C400, Sugar Land, TX 77478
* Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm | Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
* Starting Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hourly + (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

* Check in / Check out
* Answer phones
* Schedule patient appointments/follow-up appointments per established policies and procedures

Job Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* 6+ months in a dermatology environment (not cosmetic or aesthetic).
* 2+ years of medical receptionist experience.
* EMR system (Emma) experience preferred, but training available
* Knowledgeable in patient check-in and check-out procedures
