Electrical Manufacturing Assemblers – Fire Apparatus | 1st Shift, 4-Day Workweek

Build emergency vehicles that make a real impact. We’re hiring a Electrical Assemblers to wire and install electrical systems on custom fire apparatus in a clean, climate‑controlled manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on role focused on low-voltage electrical work , blueprint-driven installs, and close collaboration with fabricators to bring each truck build to completion.

What You’ll Do

• Route and install 12V wiring for fire apparatus following diagrams and schematics
• Connect lights, hose reels, accessories, and electrical boxes
• Fabricate and install boxes, mounts, and brackets per blueprints
• Build and install wire harnesses as required
• Work closely with fabricators and teammates on full truck builds
• Use basic hand tools to complete high-quality, reliable installs
• Support additional tasks as assigned to meet production goals

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with low-voltage (12V) electrical systems
• Experience in electrical assembly (manufacturing experience strongly preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Pride in clean, organized, and quality-driven work

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wyoming, MN.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
