Position: Personal Logistics / Planning Expert

Type: Contract

Compensation: $55$70/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

Develop long-horizon planning tasks with deterministic rubrics for agent evaluation in personal logistics .
Create scenarios in travel household logistics and event planning with checkable answers.
Evaluate multi-stop trips contractor shortlists and move checklists against defined criteria.
Coordinate multi-party events considering availability and location constraints.
Work independently and focus on challenging tasks requiring long sessions.

Qualifications

Must-Have

3 years in travel planning concierge work executive support or project management.
Expertise in complex travel planning contractor shortlisting household move coordination or multi-party event planning.
Proficient in reading and producing logistics artifacts: itineraries contractor shortlists move checklists comparison tables.
Clear written communication with the ability to articulate reasoning step by step.
