Now hiring for Steel Worker's/Production in the Camphill, PA area!

Pay: $21/hr + production bonus after hire-on

Schedule: 1 PM–9 PM or 3 PM–12 AM + optional OT

Environment: Loud, dusty, dirty, indoor/outdoor; hot summers, cold winters

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable Steel Worker / Utility team member to support production in a fast‑paced steel manufacturing environment. This role is physical, hands‑on, and requires working safely across multiple departments.

What You’ll Do

• Load and unload rail cars and move materials throughout the facility
• Feed raw materials into machines and help stage finished product
• Cross-train and work in multiple production areas, including inspection, repairs, and supporting various processes
• Operate or assist with overhead cranes and manipulators as needed
• Keep production areas clean and follow all safety procedures

What You Need

• High School Diploma/GED
• Basic hand tool knowledge
• Comfort working in loud, dusty, hot/cold industrial conditions
• Able to work independently and with a team, in a fast-paced environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Camp Hill, PA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
