Job Description: General Production, Machine Operator & Warehouse Team Members

We are currently hiring motivated individuals to join our team in  General Production, Machine Operation, and Warehouse roles. These positions play an important part in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely.

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift
• 2nd Shift
• 3rd Shift (limited availability; applicants will still be considered)

Key Responsibilities (may vary by role)

• Assist with daily production or warehouse tasks
• Operate basic equipment or machines (training provided)
• Load, unload, move, or organize materials and products
• Inspect parts or products to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow work instructions and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• No prior experience required for many roles
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, or move materials during the shift

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LA CROSSE, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
