Job Description

As a General Production Worker, you will be responsible for producing and/or packing products to specification. You will need to understand and follow recipes and written instructions, maintain a clean and sanitary work area, and operate equipment safely and efficiently. Working in a team environment under GMP, Safety, and Company guidelines is essential. You will also be required to identify potential defects in products and bring attention to any issues, along with performing other related tasks and duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Produce and/or pack products to specification.
• Understand and follow recipes and written instructions.
• Maintain work area in a clean and sanitary condition.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently as needed for each job.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work in various departments and change roles as needed.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Cruz, CA.

The pay range for this position is $18.27 - $18.77/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Santa Cruz,CA.
