Industrial Embroidery Operator

Elwood Staffing is seeking an experienced Embroidery Machine Operator to join a local production team.

Industrial Embroidery Operator Details:

Temp-to-Hire position
$18.00 / hour
Full Time work available
Weekend work required
First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

Operate and maintain embroidery machines, threads, and related materials
Monitor production to ensure consistent quality control
Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues promptly
Perform regular cleaning, maintenance, and care of embroidery equipment
Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals
Package finished embroidered products according to company standards
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Assist with inventory management as needed
Participate in training sessions to improve skills and product knowledge

Industrial Embroidery Operator Qualifications:

Prior embroidery machine operation experience required
Ability to follow complex instructions accurately
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
High-energy, dependable, and self-motivated
Excellent communication skills

Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
