Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of all charter schools in Camden.
• Ensure all areas are ready and clean for the next day's operations.
• Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations.
• Supervise, train, and coordinate the work of janitorial staff.
• Perform and oversee cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and floor care.
• Manage employee scheduling and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
• Inspect facilities to ensure overall cleanliness and address any cleaning issues or concerns promptly with staff.
• Notify management of any needed repairs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in custodial/janitorial services.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, and techniques.
