Evening shift (1:30PM-10:00PM ) during the school year and have daytime hours in summer!

Location/Schedule:

O'Gorman Junior High

Responsibilities:

• Promote the mission of Bishop O † Gorman Catholic Schools
• Keep buildings and grounds in a clean and sanitary condition, including daily pickup of trash and debris
• Daily – clean and/or mop floors, disinfect bathrooms and drinking fountains, assist with minor repairs, clean windows and vacuum
• General maintenance of building
• Dust tops of lockers
• Clean snow from sidewalks, driveways and other areas on school grounds
• Set up and take down equipment/chairs and tables, etc. for all events at/related to the school
• When applicable, open and lock the school buildings
• Promote a positive public image to students, staff and community through cooperation and attitude
• Preventative maintenance – waxing, sealing, patching, painting, etc.
• Perform various duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Self-starter, high energy
• Attention to detail, dependable and trustworthy
• Knowledge and skills in cleaning supplies and equipment, inventory control and time management
• Understands how role relates to the “whole picture” and Bishop O † Gorman Catholic Schools Mission
• Ability to climb ladders, lift at least 50 lbs., and operate heavy machinery
