Pantheon Data was founded in 2011, initially providing acquisition and supply chain management services to the US Coast Guard. Position Overview

Pantheon Data is seeking a motivated

Junior Marine Mechanical Engineer (Auxiliary) to support the design, development, and evaluation of marine vessels and shipboard systems. This role will focus on auxiliary systems such as hydraulics, piping, HVAC, pumps, valves, and other critical machinery components. In this position, you'll contribute to system documentation, ship specifications, and perform design calculations and configuration analyses to support engineering solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and documentation design, develop, and evaluate the operation of marine vessels, ship machinery, and related equipment, to include, but not limited to: auxiliary systems, hydraulics weight handling equipment, rudders, piping, pumps, valves, and HVAC, and apply applicable design and requirements.
• Develop system documentation and ship specifications.

Required Skills And Experience

• Bachelor's Degree
• Able to perform design calculations and studies.
• Conduct analysis and design of piping, auxiliary systems, and configuration.
• Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.

Work Location: Remote until November 2026 and then on-site 4 Days - Glen Burnie, MD

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $75,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
