-Collaborate with music, dance, and visual arts teachers to develop interdisciplinary arts projects (e.g., musical theatre, immersive performances).
3. Assessment and Feedback
-Develop multifaceted assessment strategies covering performance practice, scriptwriting, theatrical analysis, reflective journals, and more, balancing formative and summative evaluation.
-Provide regular feedback to students and parents, supporting students in setting personal artistic growth goals.
-Facilitate post-production reflections to guide students in artistic critique and selfimprovement.
4. Interdisciplinary Collaboration and Community Engagement
-Partner with teachers in humanities, languages, and social sciences to design integrated learning units (e.g., dramatizing literary classics, historical events, or scientific concepts).
-Participate in school open days, admissions events, and promotional activities by leading drama workshops to showcase program strengths.
-Build connections with local theatres, arts organizations, and artists to arrange student visits, workshops, and internships.
5. Professional Development and Resource Management
-Maintain and ensure the safe and effective use of drama classrooms, theatre spaces, and equipment (lighting, sound, costumes, props, etc.).
-Stay updated on international trends in drama education and participate in relevant professional development workshops and conferences.
-Support the Arts Faculty in curriculum resource development and budget planning.
