Leasing Agent (1099 Commission-Based Remote)

Compensation:

• $1000/month stipend
• $400 per signed lease (success fee)
• $2500 quarterly performance bonus

About the Role
Were looking for a driven self-managed Leasing Agent to handle inbound leads coordinate showings and convert prospects into signed leases. This is a fully remote commission-based role designed for someone who thrives on performance and flexibility.

What Youll Do

• Respond quickly to rental inquiries (calls texts emails and online leads)
• Pre-screen prospective tenants
• Schedule and coordinate property showings (virtual and/or in-person as needed)
• Guide applicants through the leasing process
• Follow up consistently to convert leads into signed leases
• Track and manage your pipeline of prospects
