We’re looking for a Play Gym Manager who can lead an incredible team and help create unforgettable experiences for every child and family who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do Lead the Team You’ll be responsible for building and leading a team that brings the Little Land experience to life every day.
- Hire, train, and coach play gym staff
- Lead daily team operations and set the tone for a fun, high-energy environment
- Foster a team culture built on positivity, teamwork, and accountability
- Ensure every staff member feels supported, prepared, and excited to come to work
Create Amazing Experiences Every family who walks into Little Land should feel welcomed, supported, and excited to be there.
- Ensure kids and families are greeted with enthusiasm and warmth
- Help create an environment where kids feel encouraged to explore, play, and learn
- Ensure programs, classes, parties, and open play sessions run smoothly
- Jump in and engage with kids and families whenever needed
Manage Programs, Classes & Parties - Manage the schedule of classes, events, parties, and open play sessions
- Coordinate staff to ensure all programs run smoothly
- Ensure birthday parties and special events deliver an unforgettable experience
- Keep the play gym organized, safe, and running efficiently
Own the Operation - Staff scheduling
- Operational planning
- Maintaining a clean, safe, welcoming environment
- Supporting customer service and resolving issues with professionalism and care
- Ensuring the facility runs smoothly during busy play sessions

Ideal Experience - Managing a team in hospitality, retail, recreation, childcare, or entertainment
- Working in environments that serve children or families
- Running events, camps, birthday parties, or youth programs
- Coaching or mentoring youth
- Customer service leadership
