Role Overview:
We are seeking a Night Nail Substitute Teacher to provide exceptional instruction in nail technology during evening hours. This substitute position plays a crucial role in maintaining the continuity of education and ensuring a positive, engaging experience for students when the regular instructor is unavailable.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver effective and engaging nail technology lessons during night classes, covering both theory and practical applications.
• Demonstrate nail care techniques, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art.
• Provide individualized feedback and support to help students develop their skills and confidence.
• Foster a safe, organized, and respectful classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
• Ensure compliance with all sanitation and safety regulations within the classroom and lab environments.
• Adapt to scheduling needs and collaborate with faculty for seamless instructional coverage during absences.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Valid Cosmetology License and Nail Technician License in the applicable state.
• Current Educator License or eligibility to obtain one in the state of employment.
• Experience in professional nail technology is essential.
• Previous teaching or substitute teaching experience preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to flexible scheduling needs.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $22.00 and $24.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
