At Your Service Staffing is launching a new back-of-house division — The Kitchen Crew Company — and we're looking for the person who will help build it.

As a leading provider of hospitality staff for catered events across the country, we specialize in booking skilled professionals for food service providers, caterers, and venues. The Client Relations & Staffing Account Manager for The Kitchen Crew Company will own the day-to-day staffing of BOH talent: cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, stewards, and kitchen support staff for caterers, venues, and hospitality groups across New York City. You're not just filling shifts — you're helping shape a brand-new division from the ground up.

What You’ll Do

• Match and book BOH staff — cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, and kitchen support — for client events and ongoing accounts
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and retain a reliable pool of kitchen talent
• Build and manage client relationships across the NYC hospitality market
• Attend events to check in staff and ensure quality standards are met on the floor
• Identify and respond to last-minute staffing needs with speed and composure
• Communicate in both English and Spanish with candidates, staff, and clients as needed
• Work closely with leadership to develop processes for a new division

Who You Are

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• 2+ years in hospitality management, kitchen operations, or culinary staffing
• Hands-on experience in a restaurant, catering, or food service environment — you understand BOH culture from the inside
• Startup mindset: you're comfortable building systems, not just following them
• Strong communicator — by phone, email, and in person
• Able to thrive in fast-moving, schedule-driven environments
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, culinary arts, or related field preferred
• Experience with Nowsta or Paychex Flex is a plus
