Who Should Apply

Functional Consultants or Business Analysts with strong knowledge of leave and absence policies
Candidates experienced in absence types, accrual plans, eligibility profiles, and leave entitlements
Professionals with experience in configuring absence plans, accrual rules, carryover, and balances
Individuals familiar with global absence policies, compliance, and workforce regulations
Candidates with experience in tools like Fast Formulas, HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher
Professionals with experience in integrations between Absence Management and Payroll modules
Entry-level candidates or career switchers with a strong interest in Oracle HCM and willingness to learn and grow in this domain

Key Responsibilities

Implement and configure Oracle Fusion Absence Management module based on business requirements
Design and manage absence types, plans, accruals, carryover rules, and eligibility criteria
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to leave and absence policies
Configure Fast Formulas for accrual calculations, validations, and eligibility rules
Perform data migration and uploads using HDL and HCM Extracts
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring accurate absence tracking and balances
Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance
Support system testing (SIT/UAT), releases, and patch updates
Work with technical teams on integrations, reporting, and data interfaces
Develop and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and user training materials
Generate and support absence-related reporting and analytics using OTBI and BI Publisher
