Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our cannabis packaging team, with a focus on edibles and vape cartridges . The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong commitment to quality and compliance. No prior cannabis experience required—training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Package edibles (gummies, chocolates, etc.) and vape cartridges according to brand specifications and state compliance guidelines
- Accurately weigh, label, seal, and box finished products
- Perform quality control checks to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
- Complete production logs and basic inventory tracking
- Assist with other general duties in the production/packaging department as needed
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years of age (per state law)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous experience in food handling, assembly line, or manufacturing is a plus
- Must pass any required background checks and possess a valid state-issued MED badge or equivalent (if applicable in your state)
