Job Description

Paid Media Manager

About Us:

We are a high-performing, results-driven digital marketing agency focused on delivering measurable growth for local, regional, and national brands. Our team brings together deep platform expertise, creativity, and data-driven strategy to build impactful advertising campaigns across multiple channels.

Our culture is built on trust, respect, innovation, and accountability. We believe that when people are empowered and supported, exceptional work follows. With a highly certified team and strong industry partnerships, we stay at the forefront of digital marketing trends and technologies.

About the Role:

As a Paid Media Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of digital advertising campaigns-from planning and launch to optimization and reporting. You will play a critical role in driving performance across paid media channels including search, social, display, video, and programmatic platforms.

This role requires a balance of analytical thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and, at times, directly with clients to ensure campaigns deliver strong ROI and align with broader marketing strategies.

Why You Should Join:

  • Work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment where your impact is visible and valued.
  • Collaborate with a highly skilled and certified team of digital marketing professionals.
  • Gain exposure to diverse clients across industries, expanding your expertise and strategic thinking.
  • Be part of a culture that prioritizes innovation, continuous learning, and professional development.
  • Access to industry-leading tools, platforms, and training opportunities, including certification support.
  • Opportunity to take ownership of campaigns and directly influence performance outcomes.
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience, skills, and market benchmarks
  • Comprehensive benefits package designed to support your personal and professional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic DMP/DSPs.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights and optimization strategies.
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively to ensure campaigns meet performance goals
  • Collaborate with sales and strategy teams to develop and execute digital campaigns
  • Work with clients when needed to gather assets and ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Partner with internal teams (creative, content, analytics, strategy) for aligned campaign delivery.
  • Develop compelling ad copy and creative direction to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Act as a liaison between external digital vendors and internal teams.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and emerging advertising opportunities.
  • Participate in operational and market meetings, contributing from a campaign execution perspective
  • Handle additional responsibilities as required.

Compensation & Benefits:

Compensation is determined based on experience, skills, education, and market benchmarks, along with internal equity considerations.

A comprehensive benefits package is provided to support your overall well-being and career growth.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of digital advertising experience, preferably within an agency or large marketing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and/or Meta platforms, with the ability to obtain certifications within 90 days.
  • Proven experience in setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns across SEM/PPC, display, video, paid social, and programmatic platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and present findings effectively.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, best practices, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced understanding of digital tools, platforms, and current industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Professional demeanor and commitment to quality and compliance
