Pay: $50–$90 per hour, depending on experience
Per Diem: $65–$120 per day, subject to eligibility

We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to support a major construction project in Texas. This is a contract opportunity suited to a safety professional with strong site-based experience across data center, mission-critical, industrial, commercial, civil, energy, healthcare, or large-scale construction environments.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining site safety programs, conducting inspections and audits, supporting subcontractor compliance, and helping ensure that all work is performed safely and in accordance with applicable standards.
• Lead site safety activities and support the implementation of project safety programs.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, hazard assessments, and jobsite observations.
• Monitor subcontractor safety performance and ensure compliance with project safety requirements.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety orientations, training sessions, and safety meetings.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, unsafe conditions, and corrective actions.
• Maintain safety documentation, inspection reports, permits, training records, and compliance logs.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, Project Managers, subcontractors, client representatives, and regulatory bodies as required.
• Support JHAs, AHAs, lift plans, confined space permits, hot work permits, LOTO procedures, and other high-risk work controls.
• Promote a strong safety culture across the project site.
• Previous experience as a Safety Manager, Safety Specialist, EHS Manager, HSE Advisor, or Site Safety Representative on construction projects.
• Experience in data center, mission-critical, industrial, commercial, civil, energy, healthcare, or large-scale construction environments is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements, construction safety practices, hazard identification, incident investigation, and site compliance.
• OSHA 30 is strongly preferred.
• CHST, CSP, ASP, STSC, or similar safety certifications are advantageous.
• Ability to conduct safety audits, lead training, manage documentation, and communicate effectively with field teams.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Texas for the duration of the contract.
