responsibilities:

• Lead and enforce a zero-injury safety culture across commercial construction projects ranging from $1M to $500M

• Partner with project teams to plan, implement, and manage site safety programs (precon meetings, inspections, incident investigations)

• Maintain field presence, proactively identifying risks and driving corrective actions

• Analyze safety performance data and develop action plans to improve regional safety outcomes

• Build and manage relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance and alignment

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial construction safety experience in a field-based role

• Proven ability to manage safety across multiple projects and influence teams at all levels

• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both field teams and executive leadership
