Location: Deerfield Beach, Florida, In Person

VALR operates across two fast moving verticals. VALR Energy is a performance beverage brand built on growth, culture, and community. VALR Experience is a national experiential and environmental branding agency executing large scale programs across sports, venues, and global events. VALR is an active lifestyle brand that focuses on experiential branding through consumer products including energy drinks, supplements, performance wear, and single origin sourced coffee. This role operates across both affiliated entities within our organization structure and is responsible for supporting how the brand shows up across all channels. VALR is building an in-house creative and content engine across both verticals. This role supports the development, execution, and scaling of creative output across both entities. This is not a traditional isolated design role. This position is focused on high volume execution, speed, and maintaining consistency across all content outputs. You will work within the creative team to support execution across digital, physical, and campaign based environments.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Digital and Content Designer to drive daily content output across both VALR entities. This role is focused on high volume execution, producing static and digital content at speed while maintaining quality and consistency. You will support an always on content strategy with multiple daily deliverables across platforms. This role also supports product, packaging, and experiential creative initiatives, including 3D asset creation, mockups, and visual development. You will participate in both in person and virtual creative sessions, collaborating with the VALR creative team on a daily and weekly basis. This is a hands on execution role built for speed, adaptability, and continuous output.

Responsibilities

• Produce daily social content across both brands

• Execute rapid turn creative aligned with the content calendar

• Build and maintain templates to support scalable content production

• Adapt creative across multiple formats and platforms efficiently

• Support light motion and animated assets when needed

• Develop 3D assets, product mockups, and visual renderings when applicable

• Support product and packaging creative development and prototype visualization

• Assist in environmental and experiential creative support as needed

• Collaborate with design, social, and strategy teams to ensure consistency

• Participate in brainstorming, planning, and creative collaboration sessions

• Maintain organized content libraries, assets, and shared file structures

What This Role Is

This is a high volume execution role focused on daily content production, speed, and supporting a broader creative ecosystem that includes digital, product, and experiential work.

What This Role Is Not

This is not a concept only design role. This is not a slow paced or low output creative position.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in high volume digital or social content design

• Ability to execute quickly without sacrificing quality

• Strong understanding of platform specific creative across Instagram, TikTok, and digital channels

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects

• Experience with 3D tools such as Blender, Stager, or Cinema4D is strongly preferred

• Ability to create and render product mockups and visual assets

• Experience leveraging AI tools and CGI for asset creation, iteration, and content development is preferred

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Ability to maintain structured file systems and shared asset libraries

• Self sufficient, resourceful, and execution focused mindset

• Comfortable working in both in person and collaborative team environments
