About the Role
The Global Digital Experience team at Uber is responsible for building and scaling enterprise-grade platforms that power Operations globally. As a Senior Product Operations Manager , you will own the strategic Product Operations portfolio for a defined Support operations vertical, driving step-change improvements in how enterprise tools are built, deployed, and scaled.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Global Operations. You will define the operating narrative for the vertical — determining what problems are prioritized, why they matter, and how success is measured — while ensuring alignment with broader company objectives and long-term platform strategy.
You will operate with significant autonomy and serve as the primary Product Operations partner to senior leadership within the vertical. A core part of your mandate will be leading the enterprise AI transformation roadmap, identifying, validating, and scaling GenAI-powered capabilities that materially improve productivity, quality, decision intelligence, and scalability across global Operations.
Success in this role requires strong strategic judgment, systems thinking, analytical depth, and the ability to drive executive alignment in highly matrixed, global environments.

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$162,000 per year - USD$180,000 per year.
For Sunnyvale, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$162,000 per year - USD$180,000 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp.
