Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Remote Head Office (Atlanta GA USA 30328)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CST
Pay Rate: $40 45 /hr on w2

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience
• High-volume hourly and Skilled Trades recruiting experience
• Proficiency with recruiting technologies, ATS, and sourcing tools
• Strong data analysis and talent insights experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-volume hourly, skilled trades, and non-exempt salaried positions
• Develop and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract top talent
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to support workforce planning and hiring needs
• Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and community outreach
• Analyze recruiting metrics and provide data-driven recommendations
• Enhance candidate experience and employer branding efforts
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
• Mentor junior recruiters and share recruiting best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Agency recruiting experience is a plus
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally for recruiting events and site visits
