Job Overview
We are an innovative educational and career platform looking for a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage our backend partner-recruitment pipeline. Your primary responsibility will be harvesting target leads (specifically YouTube creators and digital partners), ensuring data hygiene, managing automated email sequences via WordPress, and acting as the direct point of contact for interested creators.

Key Responsibilities
1\. Lead Generation & Scraping
- Run scheduled web scraping tasks to extract high-traffic, highly targeted YouTube creator profiles and business information based on provided keywords.
- Efficiently manage platform compute limits and usage data.
2\. Data Cleaning & Hygiene
- Process raw scraped CSV files to ensure a 100% deliverable, zero-bounce lead list.
- Utilize AI tools (such as Gemini/ChatGPT) or Google Sheets formulas to clean up messy formatting, remove duplicates, and neatly categorize channels by niche.
3\. Outreach Infrastructure & CRM Operations (FluentCRM / FluentSMTP)
- Upload finalized, pristine lists into our self-hosted WordPress CRM (FluentCRM) and apply proper tags.
- Monitor our SMTP outbound logs to ensure daily send limits (50–100 emails/day) are processing smoothly without delivery errors.
- Manage email automation delays, wait states, and goal-tracking triggers within the CRM.
4\. Partner Management & Inbox Relations
= Monitor the primary business inbox for incoming creator and partner text replies.
- Answer basic questions, address partner inquiries, and pass along registration guides/playbooks.
- Manually update creator accounts or move them to different CRM workflows/Affiliate groups once they reply or express interest.
Required Technical Skills & Experience
- Proven Experience with Scraping/Verification Tools: Must be familiar with running tasks on Apify (or similar web scrapers) and handling credits/lists inside validation platforms like NeverBounce or ZeroBounce.
- WordPress Ecosystem Knowledge: Direct experience with FluentCRM, FluentSMTP, or general WordPress marketing plugins is highly preferred.
- Data Management Mastery: Intermediate to advanced skills in Google Sheets/Excel (sorting, filtering, mapping data fields smoothly).
- Flawless Written English: Exceptional communication skills are mandatory. You will be drafting personal opening lines and directly messaging high-profile creators.
- Maintaining a data bounce rate of under 1% across all outbound campaigns.
- Keeping the daily email queue moving consistently without interruptions or SMTP configuration flags.
-Responding to creator/partner email inquiries within a 12-to-24-hour window.
