Vitalant is seeking a motivated, results driven, and community-focused professional to join our team as an Account Manager (Donor Recruitment Representative) and support our lifesaving mission.
In this role, you will be responsible for achieving monthly and annual blood collection goals within an assigned territory through effective donor recruitment and calendar management. By coordinating blood drives, supporting volunteer coordinators, developing new donor sources, and maintaining strong community relationships, you will play a vital role in ensuring a reliable blood supply.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to support blood drives and community events. Travel within the assigned territory is required.
Compensation: $47194.00 - $70724.00 / Year
Schedule blood drives within established guidelines to meet monthly and annual collection goals and ensure accurate projections.
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate volunteer blood drive coordinators and committee members to support successful blood drives.
Develop new donor sources and maintain ongoing recruitment efforts within the assigned territory.
Follow established sales and recruitment processes while maintaining accurate, timely account and drive information.
Represent Vitalant through personal contacts, public speaking engagements, and educational presentations

Relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of formal education and experience required.
Licenses/ Certifications
Valid in–state driver’s license required.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Sales/territory management skills.
Must be self-motivated and a self-starter with good organization skills.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
Provide own vehicle for transportation.
Proficient personal computer skills.
Spanish or Polish language skills are a plus.
