Position: Virtual Assistant Services & Remote Personal Assistants
Naplesjetcenter is a leading private aviation company based in Naples, Florida. We are currently seeking highly motivated and organized individuals to join our team as Virtual Assistant Services and Remote Personal Assistants. This is a full-time, remote/telecommute position.
As a Virtual Assistant or Remote Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and clients. Your main duties will include managing emails, scheduling appointments, making travel arrangements, and handling various administrative tasks. You will also be responsible for maintaining and organizing important documents and data.
The ideal candidate for this position is someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. You should have excellent communication skills, as you will be interacting with both our team and clients on a regular basis. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage emails and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members
- Make travel arrangements and coordinate logistics for business trips
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, documents, and presentations
- Organize and maintain important documents and files
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Reliable internet connection and computer equipment
- Availability to work during standard business hours (9am-5pm EST)
