Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire a Warehouse Manager for a warehouse located in Cartersville!
Qualifications for Warehouse Managers:
After meeting all of PPS standard qualifications Candidate must meet below qualifications:
Fluent in both English and Chinese/Mandarin is preferred.
Strong communication skills with ability to work across cultures and teams.
Previous warehouse management logistics or operations experience preferred.
Strong leadership organization and problem-solving skills.
Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Forklift experience is preferred; ability to safely operate warehouse equipment is a plus.
Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.
Assignment Duties for Warehouse Managers :
Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations to ensure smoother and efficient workflow.
Develop improve and implement inventory control receiving shipping and warehouse processes.
Coordinate with China management teams to ensure accurate communication of inventory logistics and operational data.
Maintain warehouse safety cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
Monitor order processing and shipping schedules.
Train supervise and manage warehouse staff.
Analyze warehouse and operational data identify improvement opportunities and report to management.
Supper container receiving unloading cycle counts and inventory organization as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
