Job Title: Warehouse Operations Supervisor
Location:  Buffalo, NY

Employment Type:  Direct Hire 

Compensation: $65-75K
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8AM to 430PM

• Oversees daily warehouse operations to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time and accurately
• Supervises and supports warehouse staff, assigning work and addressing issues in real time
• Identifies and resolves bottlenecks to keep workflow moving efficiently
• Enforces safety standards and ensures quality requirements are consistently met
• Monitors performance, controls labor costs, and drives continuous process improvements

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Minimum of a High school diploma required is required 
• Minimum of 3 years in warehouse or manufacturing leadership is required 
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory 
• Experience with ERP/WMS and Microsoft Office

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

1. Lean / CI experience preferred
