As a Security Officer Airport Patrol in Ontario CA you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution and more. As a Screener in a busy logistics and distribution location you will help monitor access screen people and/or materials and support orderly operations through visible presence routine patrols and strong communication. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen employees visitors contractors and/or deliveries in accordance with post orders and location requirements and report unusual activity or prohibited items.
• Monitor entry and exit points verify identification and/or credentials and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents alarms and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and communicate with site contacts and local responders as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter observing operational areas and documenting security-related concerns or maintenance issues.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid drivers license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
