About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to help build, organize, and lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-growing startup environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting, enjoys building processes from the ground up, and leads by example on the warehouse floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Lead, train, schedule, and motivate warehouse associates
• Establish and improve warehouse processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures
• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular counts, audits, and system updates
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment
• Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
• Coordinate with operations, customer service, and leadership to meet fulfillment goals
• Monitor productivity and performance metrics; identify opportunities for improvement
• Assist with warehouse layout optimization and space utilization
• Support startup growth by adapting quickly to changing priorities and volumes

Qualifications

• 4+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, including at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
• Ability to lead by example and work hands-on when needed
• Basic computer skills (WMS, inventory software, spreadsheets, email)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a startup or fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Experience setting up new warehouse processes or operations
• Knowledge of lean, 5S, or continuous improvement practices
