About the Organization
New Gravity is building the Koch network of the left. New Gravity funds leaders taking big, risky bets to win a world where everyone is fed, sheltered and cared for. In the long-term, we will be a multi-entity ecosystem of resilient and disciplined capital for the progressive ecosystem. This ecosystem will include businesses, think tanks, an incubator, a donor collective, operational infrastructure and much more. We are interested in much more than the narrow question of philanthropy. Our scope of ambition is: what could the left do with capital at scale?
Our organization is a startup, and our culture is highly functional, hard-working, and fast-paced. Every 6 months, this project is a new project. In only two years, we’ve built three cohorts of UHNW members and already regrant millions annually. Our budget is doubling every year. For more on our project, please read this piece and this piece .

What:
Build the base and develop the leadership of a cohort of our UHNW members
Qualifications:
Bonus: Having experience across multiple organizing traditions is a huge plus!
Comp: $95,000 – $135,000, depending on experience
Excellent benefits include unlimited PTO, health, dental, vision, and life insurance. You must be based in or willing to move to New York City, NY. None of these roles require previous experience with philanthropy or donor organizing, in fact, we prefer that you don’t.
